Pierce County Library presents opportunities to celebrate with events and activities. Events include:

Reading & Making Latinx Comics
Hear from local graphic novelist José Alaniz on the history of Latinx comics, followed by a workshop to create short comics. Ages 13 and older.

The Art of Metal Tooling: Repujado
Learn the basic techniques of metal embossing in Mexican folk art with artist Amaranta Sandys. Registration required. All supplies provided. Ages 13 and older.

Teotihuacan Masks – ArtMaranth Mobile School
